OVERVIEW

SunP Gel A1 is a biodegradable bio-ink developed for 3D bioprinting. It has good biocompatibility and fast degradation making it suitable for most human and animal-derived cells. The cell survival rate after printing is higher than 85%, and the product comes in both gel & powder form

The gel temperature was measured by Anton Paar MCR302 rotational rheometer. Measurement parameters: deformation range 0.1%, test frequency 1 Hz, cone plate diameter 25 mm, cone plate slope 2 °, cone plate The distance between the tip of the cone and the bottom plate is 99 μm. Gel point test results: 24.0-26.0 °C

The cell viability of Hela, A549, NIH-3T3 and HUVEC cells was detected by Calcein AM-PI kit for 24 hours. Under confocal observation, the living cells showed green fluorescence and the dead cells showed red fluorescence (Figure 3).

The cell viability of Hela, A549, NIH-3T3 and HUVEC cells was detected by Calcein AM-PI kit for 24 hours. Under the confocal observation, the living cells showed green fluorescence and the dead cells were red. Fluorescence (Figure 4).

PRINTING APPLICATION EXAMPLE

Bio-ink was prepared by mixing NIH-3T3 cell suspension with SunP Gel A1, and the three-dimensional structure was printed. The culture medium was cultured for 7 days, and the cells were proliferated from single cells into cell clusters. The specific morphology is shown in Figure 5.
